IF YOUR ORDER IS TAKEN FROM YOUR SAFE PLACE AFTER YOU HAVE INSTRUCTED THEM TO LEAVE IT SADLY WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RESEND OR REPLACE YOUR ORDER!
We all hate waiting ages for online orders to arrive and paying for expensive shipping fees, so we work hard to find the best delivery options and to endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday the very same day.
Orders placed after 2:00pm, on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
All delivery services timeframes are for working days. This means that if you place an order on a Friday before 2pm and you select DPD Next Day Delivery, this should be delivered on the Monday.
If you place an order on Thursday before 2pm, this should be delivered on the Monday.
During busy periods such as Holidays and Sales, we may not always be able to get your order dispatched the same day.
Due to stock availability, we sometimes are unable to dispatch part or all of your order the same day.
Sometimes due to issues with our carriers, your order may not be delivered within the timeframe quoted.
In the above circumstances we are unfortunately unable to refund any shipping costs paid.

If you are not willing to pay for the customs and import charges and your order is returned to us, we can of course offer a full refund for the products ordered, but unfortunately are unable to refund any shipping costs.
Any orders refused at customs may attract extra costs if returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct these charges from your refund.
Cartec UK Reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable if an order is returned to us as the customer was unable to receive a delivery for any reason.
